The villa occupies three floors, connected by a staircase and a private elevator. Each room is bright and modern, with large windows, elegant finishes and integrated home automation for added comfort. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

There are five double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are situated on the upper floor, all offering sea or mountain views. Guests will find two spacious living areas on the ground floor, both equipped with chaise lounge sofas and plasma TVs.
