The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Villa Roux is honestly a dream. It’s tucked away in the hills, so you get complete privacy but still only a short drive to everything. The minimalist design gives it such a cool vibe. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with friends or family, and the open-plan layout makes the villa feel huge. The concierge services made everything so easy – they even helped us book some tours around the island. Can’t wait to come back next year!

What a place! We were a group of 12 and Villa Roux had more than enough space for all of us. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great for privacy. The pool area was the highlight – we spent so much time there, enjoying the views and just relaxing. The staff was super helpful with all our requests, from organizing airport transfers to booking us a chef for a dinner. It’s super close to Cala Jondal beach, so you get the best of both worlds.

I came here with a group of friends and we had the BEST time! The villa is stunning – super modern with that clean, minimalistic style. The views over Cala Jondal are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool is massive and perfect for chilling all day. We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach clubs and Ibiza Town. Highly recommend this place if you want a stylish, relaxed holiday with all the perks!

We had an amazing stay here in August. Villa Roux is a beautiful property, very well equipped, excellent concierge staff. It is the ideal venue for a relaxing holiday with extended family or friends.

This was our third time travelling to Ibiza and the first time in the Sant Josep area. We can safely say that this was the best vacation we`ve had in Ibiza. The house was exactly as good or better than the pictures and details said. It was easy to see that the house owners cared alot for their villa. As an fun detail they have a book with pictures showing the erecting of the house.
What we will remember best from this vacation was the hospitality and how well we and our kids where cared for. We where given a large fruit basket with delicious wine wich they generously resupplied. Very well equipped and modern villa. The area is quiet, private and safe.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and very close Es Cublles.
We had a brilliant boat trip.
The host kindly gifted us a few bottles of champagne and beer which kicked off the holiday in the best way!
I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again. The main attraction is the outside area and the amount of space. I highly recommend this villa!!!

We just returned from a lovely holiday from Ibiza.
The housekeeper welcomed us at arrival very warmly and friendly… We did feel at home immediatly as expected, due to a very good and caring communication. It was as meeting an old friend that we did not see for a long time… He was highly professional by showing us all the features the villa has to offer and guided us trough all the facility to make sure we will not be in need of anything. He has well established connections/network and is able to arrange almost everything you need – he will go the extra-mile to satisfy his guests. Perfect villa in a dreamy location, quiet, well maintained, clean, functional, jacuzzi, pool, terrace, etc. all you can expect. The Villa is the perfect location to explore the beautyfull island of ibiza and it doesn’t matter if you visit the island to party or for sightseeing…. I highly recommend this villa.
