Villa Roque certainly lives up to its name – it’s one of the best villas you’ll find in Ibiza. The villa was acquired in January 2001 and was developed according to original project plans by renowned local architect Luis Gascon. Since its purchase the property has been subject to major extensions and improvement, designed to enhance its exclusivity and authenticity by another internationally recognized architect Guillermo Banares. The latest improvements have made the property fully habitable throughout the year and despite its proximity to the sea it can also be enjoyed during the winter months.

When it comes to amenities, there are a wealth of welcoming facilities inside the villa, but it’s outdoors where things get really interesting. There’s a boat deck and a boat which can take up to 12 people on a marine adventure. If ocean life is not your idea of a good time, there’s no need to roam far from the deck of your gorgeous swimming pool. Pull up a comfortable sun lounger, pick up your favorite book or magazine, or plug in your earphones and drift off. If you need to keep up with a bit of work while you’re here, there’s a business center in the villa plus a bar for a relaxing drink afterwards! Remember you’re coming here to enjoy yourself.

The property’s décor is minimalistic and soothing. The whites and creams throughout beautifully complement the deep blue of the swimming pool and ocean which is never far from sight. You’ll fall in love with the striking fireplace and wood finishes in some of the rooms.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning units, home automation, internet connection, Bluetooth and Smart TV with access to national and international channels, plus pay-per-view films. There are nine bedrooms in all accommodating a maximum of 12 guests, making this villa ideal for large family gatherings or groups of friends.

With the use of your very own boat, the world is your oyster. If you prefer to stick to the roads, there are beaches, golf and tennis clubs all within a 30 minute drive. If you don’t want to rent a vehicle, we can pick you up from Ibiza Airport (IBZ) and drop you off again after your stay.
