Villa Romilda is an impressive house in a great countryside setting, only 15 minutes from Javea. This 5 bedroom villa is a great choice for a true, authentic taste of Spain. The resort has a fabulous choice of shops, bars, restaurants and Arenal Beach. This spacious villa has a large private pool and beautiful scenery – a perfect place to while away the hours. From the parking area there is three tosca arches leading to an undercover casita, and leading off, through a small door is the washing machine.

From the casita there are steps leading into the kitchen with marble work surfaces and a pantry. From the kitchen is a small hallway with a shower room. Adjacent to the shower room is an archway leading to the lounge/dining room. To the left of the archway is a second hallway where there are 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a shower room. These bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes.

The lounge has two double windows overlooking the enclosed naya (terrace) and driveway. There is a stone open fireplace, two sofas, a coffee table, arched beamed ceiling and staircase with iron railings leading to the first floor. The dining table is situated under the recess of the stairs.

Upstairs, this Montgo/Javea villa has a single bedroom with fitted wardrobes with countryside and sea views; a twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobes and sea and pool views. These bedrooms share a large shower room with walk-in shower. From the lounge/diner a door leads to a traditional glazed-in covered terrace (known locally as a naya) which overlooks the pool and garden. The covered terrace leads to small open terrace with steps down to swimming pool. There is a solar shower by the pool with plenty of terrace space for sunbathing in the Mediterranean sunshine.

Arenal Beach has Blue Flag status with soft sand and shallow waters, ideal for families and couples. You’ll find sunbeds and parasols for hire and the lively promenade lining the beach means you are never far from a cool drink or snack. There are many other beaches and bays to visit around your Javea villa. Try Granadella Cove with calm waters ideal for diving, snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boarding. La Cala is another stony cove which is extremely popular with divers and snorkellers. To the other side of the Arenal is the port with La Grava, a stony Blue Flag beach.
