Villa Romeo has 6 bedrooms and is located in the quiet residential area in Cap Martinet, near Can Pep Simo, Talamanca beach, Jesus village, near Lio & Pacha (2 kms) and around the bay from Ibiza Town (2.5 kms). The villa was built around 2015 and constructed over 2 floors. This villa features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with pool views. The air-conditioned villa also provides a seating area, washing machine, etc. All materials and furniture are first class quality.
This villa has been constructed with the kitchen, living area and 1 bedroom on the first floor .
There is a large terrace with dining table & BBQ; with steps to the pool area.
The remaining 5 bedrooms are on the ground floor via the internal staircase or external staircase.
One large bedroom (Bedroom 2) with double bed, doors to the side of the terrace, sofa, en suite bathroom and air conditioning; doors lead to a small bedroom (Bedroom 3) with twin beds and skylight window. Access to Bedroom 3 is via bedroom 2.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Romeo! This place was everything we were hoping for. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and with incredible sea views. The outdoor terrace with the BBQ area was perfect for evenings with the family. The bedrooms were comfy, and the fact that all of them have their own en-suite bathroom made it even better. We also appreciated the location—it’s quiet but still close to Ibiza’s best spots. Thanks to the agency for helping us arrange everything, and we loved the discount they offered. This villa is a 10/10!

Villa Romeo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. It’s super peaceful, but still close enough to everything. The pool was awesome, and we spent a lot of time by it! The villa itself is really spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, and the BBQ was a nice touch for outdoor dinners. We also loved how close it was to Talamanca Beach for a chill day by the water. The team that helped us book was really professional, and the whole process was so easy.

Wow, what a place! Villa Romeo in Ibiza is stunning. The sea views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the pool was so refreshing! The villa is very well designed, and every room was comfortable. We loved the fact that it’s close to Talamanca Beach and Ibiza Town—really convenient for a day at the beach or a night out. The agency was great to work with, everything was smooth from start to finish. We had the best time here and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Villa Romeo for a week with a group of friends, and it was just amazing! The villa is super spacious and modern. The outdoor area with the pool and BBQ was perfect for hanging out together. The location is awesome too—quiet, but close enough to Ibiza Town for nightlife. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. Big thanks to the agency for helping us out with the booking and even giving us a nice discount. Definitely a great spot for a group trip!

I travel often to Ibiza for work or pleasure and never seen this beautiful house posted before. It was a really amazing surprise how big, confortable and well located this villa was. Plenty room for our 2 rental cars at the private garage, amazing break times at the pool side even if we don’t use the pool it was good to have that option. Rooms were quiet big and cozy. Everything was perfectly clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay and the communication with the house keepers was perfect. I personally will rent this villa again.
