Majestic independent villa with panoramic sunset views. 1000m2 plot with canarian gardens, private 11x4m pool and very intimate sunbathing area and terrace area with BBQ. The pool and terrace area is very private and is not overlooked by neighbouring properties. While swimming in the large 11m x 4m swimming pool, you can enjoy panoramic views out to the Montaña Roja and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The living room and dining area is very comfortable and spacious with open plan kitchen, perfect for romantic getaways or family living. The Villa has two separate areas, the main house and the annex loft.
The main house has 2 large double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one guest bathroom. In addition to the main house the villa also has its own fully equiped self contained annex apartment, with kitchen bathroom and an open plan mezzanine bedroom. The annex loft is perfect for those families wishing to spend their holidays together but also requiring a little privacy. It is charged separately with a supplement on the rental of the main house, as an optional add on.
The Villa has its own private gated driveway with space for 3 vehicles and a lovely and well maintained garden.
The villa is located in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca yet only 10 mins walk from Playa Dorada white sandy beach, also nearby you will reach the wonderfull Beaches of Papagayo in the Natural Park Los Ajaches. The main village Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon with its restaurants and shopping facilities are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Excellent facilities and furnishings. The pool was a delight and the villa very well equipped and spacious. Everything was there and worked well. We had a great time relaxing at the villa and exploring Lanzarote by car.

Would highly recommend Villa Roma. Great host, lovely villa with amazing large pool, perfect outside seating areas, BBQ, all mod cons and very well laid out and spacious inside. Also great location. Will be back in the future

We stayed at the villa for a week, on arrival a welcome food pack which was lovely as it was quite late and we were unable to find anywhere to eat. The accommodation was excellent, roomy, extremely well kitted out with a great pool. It was well maintained and accessible to local amenities. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, wanting to stay in Lanzarote with family or friends.

Myself, husband, children along with my Dad, brothers and their partners have been back a couple of weeks now and have not stopped talking about our holiday. The Villa was absolutely perfect, plenty of space, extremely clean, comfy. The pool was amazing and brilliant size for all the family to enjoy. The beach and town just a ten minute walk for older children and adults. It was a holiday we all needed and we will certainly be booking this villa again.

We had a weeks stay at villa Roma. The week was lovely everything described was in the villa including beach towels. We had some enjoyable days and afternoons at the villa as well as several trips arranged locally. The local restaurants are excellent and the beach is very close, a ten minute walk. You can easily walk along the beach front into Playa Blanca or to the market at the rubicon marina. A lovely place to stay. We are a family two adults and older children, we all enjoyed the holiday.
