Set back from the road leading through the family friendly resort of this property, this villa is just a couple of metres from its popular sandy beach. Its prestigious position offers amazing, uninterrupted sea views from the pool terrace, which is accessed by gated steps from the lounge terrace. The large pool area offers plenty of shaded areas, whilst the brick built barbecue promises fun evenings dining al fresco.

Furnished in traditional Spanish style with cool, dark interiors and small patio with fountain at the entrance, the accommodation is spacious, with a distribution of bedrooms that lends itself perfectly to a large group travelling together.

A large entrance hall leads through to a spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and utility room with washing machine.

One double bedroom and a twin bedroom are situated in one part of the house, sharing a bathroom. Two further twin bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom facilities) are situated in another part of the house. The single bedroom has an adjacent shower room and there is a separate family bathroom.
