Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Everything felt brand new – from the kitchen to the bathrooms. AC in every room was def a plus with the heat. We even got help planning a boat day through the concierge, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. Can’t wait to come back.

Villa Rodarte was the dream – enough space for all 8 of us, comfy beds, and the pool was always the go-to after beach days. We used the BBQ a lot, had dinner outside most nights. Also, loved being just a short drive from Ibiza Town but still having peace and quiet around us. Would totally book again.

Booking was crazy easy and the agent helped us sort out a transfer from the airport – arrived to find the fridge stocked with water and snacks which was such a nice surprise! Villa itself is spacious, stylish, and v close to Jesus for food runs.

Stayed here with 7 of us for a birthday week – villa was beyond amazing! Pool area is the place to be, we chilled there most of the time. Close to everything too, 10 min to the beach and town. Loved how clean and modern everything was!

Amazing villa, I really cant find anything negative to say – just enjoy the wonderful garden / pool area , the lovely bedrooms , the great location with legendary beaches and restaurants a short drive away. God willing we will return.

Our second trip to Villa Rodarte It is a special place and has everything you need for a great week or two away with great friends or clients It was our second retreat and our guests love the place Great management. Easy to deal with 10 out of ten yet again!!!
