Villa Rizzo is set into the hillside within a private estate overlooking Ibiza town. The community is looked after by a 24 hour security company and access to the area can only be made via its gated control and check point.
The interior is bright and airy with glass walls and white lavish decor. Outside you will find a large infinity pool with matching jacuzzi along with plenty of outdoor seating areas to eat or unwind. The positioning of the property and its’ outside terraces allows a fabulous panoramic 180 degree view stretching from Talamanca Bay, Ibiza town, the island of Formentera and right up the valley towards the beautiful village of San Rafael. The orientation of the private decks enables uninterrupted sun bathing, from mid morning right through until sunset.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:

This villa is something else. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and the team even helped us arrange a boat trip to Formentera (highly recommend!). The gym and boxing area were a cool surprise, and we made the most of the jacuzzi at sunset. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to book again next year!

We stayed at Villa Rizzo for a week with our family, and it was just what we needed—spacious, quiet, and absolutely stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the outdoor dining areas were perfect for long, lazy meals. The kids loved the pool, and we loved that the property felt secure and private. The location is perfect—close enough to Ibiza town but peaceful at night. Definitely recommend for families or big groups!

Honestly, this villa made our Ibiza holiday unforgettable. The house is massive, and every room feels like a luxury hotel. Loved the DJ area—we had some of the best nights just hanging out there before heading into town. The concierge service was top-notch; they helped us with restaurant bookings and even got us a great deal on a private chef one night. Everything was smooth, from airport pickup to check-in. Can’t wait to return!

Stayed here with a group of friends, and we were blown away by the views. Waking up to the sight of Ibiza Town and the sea every morning was unreal. The infinity pool was where we spent most of our time—super clean and warm even in the evenings. The villa itself is spotless and modern, with plenty of space for everyone. Booking was super easy, and the team was helpful from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

We are just back from a family trip to Villa Rizzo to celebrate a birthday. It is beautifully sited, wonderfully stylish, superbly equipped, private. We were a couple of years planning our trip and the staff, were consistently helpful and patient – full of good tips and ideas and anxious to ensure that everything went smoothly – it did! Go there – you won’t do better.

Me and my friends, we had the pleasant expeirience to stay at Villa Rizzo July summer!!! we really enjoyed the large and luxurius facilities and of course the comfortable rooms and the big pool!!!! And the most important for me was the really polite property manager who, along with the staff, helped us willingly with whatever we needed!!!
