Whether it’s stunning views over Calan Forcat bay or a good central location you’re after, Villa Rivera has both – a great addition to our programme! Enjoy the scenery from the privacy of your own swimming pool, and, if you can tear yourself away, take the 10 minute walk into the resort centre which has a plethora of shops and eateries, a childrens play area and waterpark. Calan Forcat bay has steps and a small wooden bridge down to the seafront where you can swim or visit the more established beaches of Calan Blanes or Cala Picas, both within 20 minutes on foot and Ciutadella is only 5 minutes drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms is included.

On the far side of the lounge, patio doors lead outside to a shaded exterior dining area which enjoys fabulous sea views: perfect for alfresco dining! The spacious private swimming pool is surrounded by ample space to relax with a cool drink as you soak up the Menorcan sunshine and fabulous views.
The villa also has a shady lawned area fenced off from the pool, and a brick BBQ.

The front door leads into a small hallway which opens into the bright, spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
On the right side of the living area is the double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace at the side of the villa, overlooking the sea.
