A large private swimming pool, great location, partial sea view and high standard of furnishings – it’s easy to see why Villa Riojas is part of our range! This impressive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is close to the centre of Calan Forcat which has a choice of great cove beaches, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. The villa includes WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms and pool heating.
The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a beautifully tiled terrace with plenty of space to relax. Smart outdoor furniture is neatly arranged in the open and shaded areas and an impressive stone BBQ dominates the covered patio, ideally placed outside the kitchen.
The bright and airy living space is completely open plan with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a dining table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen at one end. Patio doors open onto the BBQ terrace and pool area.
On the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the remaining bedrooms on the first floor. There is a third twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and Juliet balcony overlooking the pool to the sea beyond. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and patio doors onto a private balcony also overlooking the pool and neighbouring rooftops to the sea. All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space.
Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged in recent years to create one of the islands largest resorts, and Villa Riojas is within easy walking distance of the nearest beach, the waterpark and main street. You will be spoilt for choice of places to eat and shops to browse, with 2 other lovely bays also nearby making Villa Riojas a great choice for anyone not wanting to hire a car.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

What you expect after seeing the pictures is exactly what you get when you are there. The peaceful and calm atmosphere combined with the fantastic view, takes away all motivation to go somewhere else. The nearby Villages have all the shopping, dining or going out to offer that one could whish for. After having been on a lot of beach holidays in beautiful places, we were here for first time now and here it is where we want to come back to again and again. The beach, the garden and the POOL are …. !!!!!!!!!!!!
We just returned from a lovely holiday (Villa Riojas – Menorca). The villa is exactly as described and pictured, very large. The weather was very hot and sunny. The property is well maintained and clean. Indeed a mid-week clean was provided as well as the end of stay cleaning.
Alba is a pleasure to deal with: prompt replies to emails, The host met us at the airport for the transfer, and then he gave us helpful advice about where to visit and the best times to go. It was fantastic customer service.
