This property is a superb modern villa conveniently situated on the road which leads into the increasingly popular resort of Binibeca. With the beautiful beach, excellent restaurants and shops all within easy reach it would be hard to find a more desirable location. With everything you need at your fingertips guests could be forgiven for not wanting to venture too far afield. However, for those who enjoy sightseeing, the capital city Mahon is just a short bus journey away. Here you can wander round the many shops and boutiques, take in the wonderful architecture or simply stroll around the picturesque harbour before sitting down to a fabulous meal at one of the many portside restaurants. For the little ones there are hourly glass bottom boat trips around the harbour, a very interesting and informative way to learn about the islands history as well as a chance to spot some marine life!
The villas interiors have been stylishly furnished with all mod cons necessary for a stress free holiday, including air-conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer months and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor are the open plan living areas with large picture windows looking out over the pool terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 of which has an ensuite shower room and a separate bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master double bedroom with a spacious ensuite which boasts a bath and separate shower and a well-positioned balcony with pleasant countryside views. As fabulous as the interiors are, you will surely be spending most of your time relaxing by the impressive 8m x 4m private pool. The large covered terrace with comfy seating and table tennis is perfect to entertain your party alfresco whilst in respite from the hot Menorcan sun.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Binibeca is a lovely quiet resort with a beautiful beach. Villa Ribideca was very spacious fabulous outdoor area large pool, outdoor lounge area and dining areas. Very modern and well laid out in a great location. We have just got back from a fantastic week in menorca. The villa is stunning as are the views. Everything that you would need is available. The pool is lovely and the living area nice and spacious. We loved the shaded outdoor lounge area too when the sun got too hot for us. Binibecca is very quiet but that’s why we chose it. The nearest beach is perfect for familys in my opinion. It’s beautiful and secluded so those with children don’t have to worry about the running off too far. There is a supermarket near by and a slightly larger one further on that will deliver larger shops. Restaurants are scattered but a good choice to suit everyone. Highly recommend Sa Cova which is about a 10/15 minute walk from the villa for something a bit special.
Spacious villa, private with a nice outlook. Binibeca is a quiet village with a few shops and restaurants. We loved the location of the villa it is near the beach and close to good restaurants. We loved the style of the villa with the doors opening on to the pool which was of very good size. We also very much enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and football table. Six of us stayed in the villa and having three bathrooms was a great benefit. We also liked the rural aspect of the villa and it was good to sit out for meals and overlook the countryside. We hope to stay at the villa next year.
Lovely Villa in a good location as we enjoy a pleasant walk before dinner. The Villa is modern and spacious and even though there were a few things broken or not working this was rectified very quickly by the amazing Glynis. Binibeca is a gorgeous fishing village and your always welcomed back my the restaurant owners as if your a VIP. See you again next year.
