A completely renovated and newly refurbished luxury villa located right by the beach in Marbella, with a mesmorizing sea view, basketball court, infinity-pool with built-in pool-bar.
This beach villa has just undergone a complete state-of-the-art renovation, following the excellent standard in modern classical Scandinaian style, alongside a fantastic sea view from anywhere in the house.
The villa is equipped with a huge terrace with plenty of space, suited for both you and your family or guests to relax. Besides the terrace, the villa contains a large heated infinity-pool, with a built-in pool-bar as a special feature, from where you can enjoy a drink while splashing around the pool, enjoying the amazing panoramic seaview. With this state-of-the-art renovated and refurbished villa and second-to-none beach location, you will find everything you will ever need for your dream holiday for both you and your family or friends.
On the ground floor you have the spacious open kitchen-dining area, with serves perfectly as the villa’s hub, and for cooking and playing. Just outside the kitchen is a large dininng terrace with BBQ, where you can enjoy your dinner. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dinning room with special build dinning table to 16 persons. The dining room is connected the large living room and TV area, all open connected with amazing view to the terrace and sea.
Around the nice patio on ground floor you find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom, the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the other two bedrooms have a large bathroom to share.
When you take the beautiful black-marble stairway to first floor you will find two stunning bedrooms. The Master bedroom with is large private work-in-closet and nice masterbatch. When you wake up, you must smile when you see the great views when the blinds go up. The terrace in front off these bedrooms have the best view, and ofen you can see the cost of africa. This is the spot, you dream about a moment with a glaas of champagne, read a book, or just to relax. The second large bedroom also include a walk-in-closet, en-suite bathroom, and the same fabulous view and terrace.
Downstairs you will find another two bedrooms with bath en-suite, both with direct access from outside and inside. This is perfect for grown up children or people that do not want to disturb the rest of the guest.
Also downstairs you find the gym, with machines to aloow you to exercise and train. And the large TV- and bar room, which is equipped with large TV, Playstations 4, music and a bar to enjoy drinks, wine, and beer.
On the beach you will find some of the best restaurant and bars in the area, such as the Beach House, Siroko Beach and the famous Niki Beach only 800 meter away. The shopping center is under 1 km away, and you can easlily walk or drive to their. With in 5 minutes drive you will find a lot of golf courses.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa was spotlessly clean, gardens well maintained & the swimming pool, deck & barbecue area is the best! had great fun during the day in the pool & also loved relaxing having a few beers during evening watching the sun go down as the deck area provides fantastic sea views. We loved our stay & would highly recommend this villa to anyone, has all the facilities you need, we hardly left the place during our stay! Would highly recommend.
We have just returned from a week at Villa Ribera and can thoroughly recommend it. Fantastic views and a beautiful Villa. The housekeeper makes sure you are quickly settled into the villa and shows you the local area, and then is available if required but otherwise does not bother you. Pool cleaned ever morning before most got out of bed. It was so lovely that we didn’t feel the need to spend much time away from the villa at all and particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining/barbecue area and the games room. All in all, absolutely delightful and highly recommended.
Villa Ribera was spacious, modern and had everything you could ever need for a break in Spain. I stayed with 14 friends for a long week and we had the best time. The pool area and garden is plenty big enough for 15 guest plus other, the ‘love seat’ is great for relaxing in the shade and the eating area is great. All rooms were very nice and bathrooms clean and tidy. If your looking for somewhere close to the port but with space to relax this is the perfect villa!! We can definitely recommend this Villa both for large families seeking a relaxing break and for large groups to explore the Marbella.

Completely faultless in terms of facilities – the bedrooms are spacious and modern with the comforts that give it that home from home experience. The lounge and dining area is massive and fully equipped with a tv, and sound system. The pool area was our favourite- huge pool and that giant bed was luxury!
The only thing i would recommend is to hire a private chef for a great local meals and a yacht to explore the Costa Del Sol area. Thanks for a wonderful stay – we’ll definitely be returning! Thanks.
We travelled as a mixed group and what can I say – it was absolutely fantastic! It was completely spotless, big bedrooms, brilliant pool and the barbecue was a great addition!. The villa is beautifully kept, modern and there is plenty of outside space. Seamless, we would absolutely visit again and I can;t recommend enough 🙂 Thank you x
