Villa Renata is a majestic 5 bedroom front-line villa. Set up high, with spectacular views over the bay of Sol den Serra. This property is perfectly located and only within a short walking distance to the stunning Amante Beach Club and Cala Llonga ́s amenities.
The house is an artful blend of typical Ibicencan architecture, combined with modern day comforts. Throughout you will find high standard furnishings, antique wooden doors, a sea/view dining area, luxury tiled bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows. With three bedrooms in the main house and two separate guest apartments this house is an ideal rental for groups wishing for a degree of privacy.
Outdoors, a large kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded with comfortable loungers and steep steps leading down to the sea. A stone outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ is situated among manicured gardens for those beautiful evening dining experiences. One sought after feature of this villa; is the spacious games room which comes fully equipped with all the desirable mod-cons, a full size pool table, warm red corner sofa and its own bathroom. All in all, this vacation home is one of a kind.
Master Suite – Set away from the other rooms, this is an idyllic room, with a huge en-suite bathroom, featuring a free standing bath, walk in shower and beautiful restored stone walls and stone double washbasins. The bedroom benefits from a walk in wardrobe, air conditioning and again a breathtaking sea view.

This room boasts an en-suite bathroom, storage space, air conditioning and a double bed. The doors open out onto the private terrace where taking in the spectacular view is something you will never tire of doing!

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
