Villa Regina is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island of Fuerteventura, directly on the beach front near Corralejo Natural Dune Park with wonderful views of the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.
Villa Regina has an enormous open living with a fully equipped open kitchen, from where you can see the island of Lobos and Lanzarote.
The doors open to the terraces at the seaside and at the poolside. Villa Regina has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are office facilities and laundry facilities. The villa has a lot of privacy with a hottub in the frontyard and a new heated pool at the back of the villa.
Fuerteventura is the surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing capital of Europe.
It all happens in the Corralejo area, the north of Fuerteventura. Villa Regina is right on the beach looking at Rocky Point and the world famous Lobos breaks. Just outside the garden by you step on a lovely beach.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Tasteful decor, beautiful views, well equipped and well maintained – a wonderful house for recreation. The pool is suitable for swimming due to its size. In walking distance are supermarket, restaurants and bars, so that you can do without a car if necessary. We felt very comfortable here.
Fantastic house with heated, larger pool and formidable views with the beach in the backyard.
We were a family of five adults, a child of 6 years and a baby of 6 months. Villa Regina was perfect for us with its modern, comfortable decor and all imaginable equipment. We especially appreciated the pool, the gardens, the terraces, the beach, the walking distance to the city, the formidable view of the sea-Lobos-Lanzarote, the Dunas beaches close by … Villa Regina is highly recommended :-).
