The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Have spent a great week in the villa together with children, grandchildren and in-law children. Very rich and with a fantastic outdoor area. The kitchen is very well designed for large-scale housekeeping. There is a piece of both to beach and shop so car hire is required.
We stayed 19 people here aged between 5 years and 80 years. A wonderful house to hang out over generations. We could not have been happier with our stay. The large terrace, many bedrooms (all en-suite), the pool, the hearty kitchen and of course the amazing view! It’s just as nice as the pictures and the little extra house is located right next to the pool. We would love to return here!
Wonderful facilities. Clean and tidy with great rooms and bathrooms for a bunch of 14. Hire of electric bikes that brought us cross and cross, ranging from beach to vineyard and other nearby towns. Great restaurant nearby with lovely food and accompanying good drinks at a particularly good price. We rented chefs for two evenings, which featured in real Spanish fashion. Fantastic. The hosts were absolutely impeccable. In the early morning the pool was cleaned, the grill cleaned and the terrace likewise. Everything worked perfectly and can certainly be recommended!
A wonderful week in a perfect Place for relaxing, cycling and just having fun!
The facilities was great and nothing to complain about. We rented a chef that really delivered food in Mallorcan style big time!!! Love to come back any time!
