Villa Ramos is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa in Calan Forcat, Menorca, accommodating up to 8 guests. Whether it’s a spacious private swimming pool and terrace, a great central location or fabulous views over Calan Forcat bay you’re looking for, Villa Ramos has it all! The seafront, shops, restaurants, childrens play area and waterpark in the centre of Calan Forcat are all within a short walk, with a couple of more established sandy beaches within around 20 minutes on foot. Free WIFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms is also included.
Outside, Villa Ramos has large and well established gardens and a spacious private swimming pool. The smaller paved terrace at the side of the villa has fantastic views over the ‘V’ shaped bay to the open sea in the distance at Calan Forcat. The bay can be accessed from the opposite side of the street where steps lead down to the small beach and rocky bathing areas.
From the central hallway, the fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms are on the left and the open plan living area on the right. The living room has ample seating and a table and chairs, kept light and airy by patio doors opening onto the spacious pool terrace and lawns.
The double bedroom is large and comfortable with ample storage space and an en suite shower room. The 3 twin bedrooms also have plenty of storage space and share 2 separate bathrooms.
The resorts of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have expanded and merged in recent years to create one of the islands biggest resorts. The centre has a good selection of gift shops, mini markets and restaurants to suit all tastes, with a childrens play area and waterpark. A narrow path opposite the villa entrance leads down to the deep inlet of Calan Forcat, with a small, sandy beach. All facilities can be reached on foot making Villa Nuriana the ideal choice for anyone not wanting to hire a car.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

We spent a week at Villa Ramos and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The villa is bright, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants, so we didn’t need to hire a car. The pool was a highlight – we loved spending time there after exploring the area. The staff at the agency were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A great spot for a family vacation!

Our stay at Villa Ramos was fantastic. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The location is great, with the beach just a short walk away. We especially loved the pool area – there was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the views over the bay were beautiful. A big thank you to the agency for their exceptional service. This villa was the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with that beautiful bay view. It’s an easy walk to the beach and local attractions, and we even visited the waterpark nearby, which was great fun. The villa had everything we needed, and the team took great care of us from start to finish. Can’t wait to return next summer!

Villa Ramos is in an unbeatable location! We loved being so close to everything, yet the villa felt private and peaceful. The pool and gardens were lovely, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the sunshine. The views of Calan Forcat bay were incredible. The villa itself was comfortable, with enough space for everyone. We also appreciated the helpful staff at the agency who were always available and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful time at Villa Ramos! The villa is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a family getaway. The pool was amazing, and we spent most of our days lounging around it. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The view over the bay was breathtaking, especially in the evenings. Wonderfull house (large, very comfortable, beautiful)
Very nice swimming pull (you can really swim).
The landscape is marvellous and a beautiful view from all the rooms of the house.
You are wellcomed very friendly and luxury (and the house is very well equiped).

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. Villa Ramos is a lovely spacious villa in a great location. The pool was fabulous which was great for our children. The villa is well equipped even providing beach towels. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had in Menorca and cannot recommend it enough.
