Villa Raja is one of the very rare seafront properties in the Cala Egos just 4 km from Cala D’or. The villa is spread over two stories and furnished with natural shades and bright art work. Although the villa has a private pool, there is also a little pathway that leads down to the sea and rocks through a gateway.

On the ground floor there is an open and connected space with the living room overlooking the terrace, dining area and a small reading area with pool views and access to the covered terrace where there is a table to eat outdoors and the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a plenty of storage space and a pantry. A second living area has a sofa, a table and access to the garden. The property also boasts a laundry area and communal toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. One with double bed -with views to the sea from directly from bed-, en suite shower room and access to its private terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The other two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, share a separate bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the garden.

The pool and terrace are a great space, with comfortable outdoor furniture ideal to relax and enjoying the wonderful open views of the sea.
