Our villa is perfect for people who enjoy the sea, good views and an enveloping atmosphere. The house has been carefully designed, which makes it unique and singular.
The spectacular sea views and the swimming pool with infinity views are among the highlights. Right underneath the house, clients can also enjoy a natural swimming pool with sea water.
Accommodating up to 16 guests, this spacious villa is perfect for large groups seeking a tranquil retreat by the ocean. Guests can enjoy a natural sea water pool just below the house, a heated private pool, and an outdoor terrace perfect for relaxation. The villa features modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on a large 1080m² plot, Villa Poris offers a truly unique holiday experience with the beautiful beaches of Tenerife nearby.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning in some bedrooms, private pool, private heated pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV, satellite TV, radio. The separate induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
As part of the Securitas Direct alarm system and for the maximum security of our guests, the house has security cameras in the exterior areas.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Beautiful, spacious villa in large grounds. A group of 14 friends stayed for a week. Everything you need provided plus more. Everything in the house brand new. Lots of different areas to sit and eat in garden. Speakers for music provided in BBQ area. Table tennis plus loads of games. The agent was so friendly, helpful and generous and made us so welcome.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is stunning, with modern touches and everything you could possibly need. The concierge service was super helpful, giving us great local tips. One of the best trips we’ve had, and we can’t wait to return!
The villa is huge, perfect for a group holiday. The private pool was warm and inviting, and we loved having a barbecue on the terrace while watching the sunset. The place is peaceful but still close enough to explore Tenerife’s top spots. We’ll be back for sure!
Villa Poris is an absolute dream for anyone looking to relax by the sea. Waking up to those ocean views every morning was pure magic! The house is stylish and well-equipped, with lots of room to spread out. We spent most of our time between the infinity pool and the terrace, just soaking up the sun and enjoying the breeze. Also, having Teide National Park so close was a great bonus—we did an amazing day trip! Definitely recommend!
