Villa Pontevedra is a beautiful home, completely renovated in 2012, just 200m from the old Casco Antiguo (old town) of Javea, with every amenity including Jacuzzi, extensive lawns and magnificent views across the old town and to the sea in the distance. The Villa itself is in a lovely and quiet, sunny and elevated position just two kilometres from the sea down a quiet cul-de-sac. It has extensive private fenced gardens (2’000 m2 ) with lawn and wildlife garden, magnificent swimming pool with its own Jacuzzi, roman steps and a separate hot-tub. It has a wonderfully open plan. large living and dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and hi-fi system and large modern kitchen.
The nearby pool house has its own bathroom with shower and WC and also has a fridge for all your drinks to enjoy round the pool. There is also a separate area for boules.
The house benefits from underfloorl heating and full air conditioning and has been beautifully furnished. The main house itself has four bedrooms (three French-bed doubles and one twin), and two bathrooms. The nearest supermarket is just 1 km and restaurant is 500 m.
This villa is in the town. It has a barbecue and outside lighting. Car hire is not necessary as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Great villa, had everything we needed and local rep really helpful when we found it cool in the evenings (end or March trip) and provided additional heaters. Would return, great local beaches and definitely would use this agency in future.
Great villa with excellent facilities for our extended family of 8 with an age range of 12 to 45. Great fun was had by all. Having local shops within a 10 minute walk was handy. Lovely beaches nearby. Wish we were still there!
I would, without hesitation, recommend this villa. The location and the villa were faultless. Superb for all age groups and the best we have ever experienced.
