Refurbished to a exceptionally high standard only this year, this 7 bedroom villa is modern and spacious. Situated on a private and peaceful 7000 sq/m plot, this villa enjoys beautiful panoramic views of the sea and surrounding hills. With modern and interesting architecture, this house is both spacious and luxurious with under floor heating throughout, an open plan living area, large terraces and a crystal clear pool.
This luxury villa is conveniently located 10 mins drive to the airport, 15 mins to Ibiza town and also less than 10 mins to Blue Marlin. You can walk to the local supermarket and village of Es Cubells in just 15 mins.
Swimming pool with large patio area, seating with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun-loungers and outdoor shower. Mature gardens with fruit trees. Electric gate to access property via driveway and lots of parking. Large roof terraces with chill-out seating area and sun-loungers.
Each bedroom suite has it’s own bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Three suites contain baths, one in the bedroom with views out to the sea.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in was super easy. Beds were comfortable, and having underfloor heating was a nice touch for cooler evenings. Loved the modern design and how spacious everything felt. The agency was great—they gave us awesome local tips, and we even got a discount on a private chef for one night. Amazing experience!

Stayed here with family (3 generations), and everyone had an amazing time! The kids loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. The concierge helped us plan a private boat trip—one of the best experiences ever. This villa is pure luxury! The bedrooms are huge, and each one has its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group of 12. The location is ideal—super private but close enough to Ibiza Town and Blue Marlin. Loved the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. We even got a welcome pack with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch.

We spent an amazing week at Villa Pizarro with a group of friends, and it was beyond our expectations. The villa is super spacious, modern, and the sea views are breathtaking! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the outdoor dining space. Booking was smooth, and the team helped us with everything, from airport transfers to restaurant reservations. Will definitely return!

Villa Pizarro is a picturesque villa set in the beautiful Ibiza landscape. The perfect location to enjoy the sun by the pool or near by beach, travel to different parts of the Island and relax in the long evenings. With its spacious, immaculate layout you can be surrounded by friends and family whilst finding peaceful spots to soak in the views. The most luxurious week of my life!

The villa has amazing views of the island and the sea. It gives some amazing sunset photo opportunities for those who want a few pics. The gates are lockable from a ‘clicker’ which there are 2 of which gave us that added feel of security. Modern and very well equipped….we hired a boat and the meals cooked by a private chef was amazing. I highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our week in this lovely villa from Ibiza. Plenty of space in the villa for 14 people, modern Kitchen and living space. Apple Tv and sound system. Air conditioning. Fabulous pool. Plenty of sun beds either in shade or sun. Great outside table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The private chef was great…he cooked local foods….. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
