This stunning six-bedroom villa in the outskirts of Punta Prima provides outstanding accommodation for up to 12 guests, with incredible sea views from its many terrace levels! Specially designed for those with mobility issues, there is a lift which operates across each floor in the house and a bathroom specially adapted to be easier to use for your comfort!
This masterpiece has been especially designed by a local architect to meet, and surpass, all your expectations of an exceptional holiday home. From the second swimming pool to the multiple exquisite terraces and their accompanying views, to the vast open plan living spaces, everything has been thought of to ensure a luxurious, leisurely and carefree stay in the property.
The main living/dining area benefits from huge glass doors and multi-storey windows allowing the light to flood in and brighten the entire floor! The furniture, including a huge square dining table, large sofa area and glass coffee tables, is utterly chic and modern, with soothing, complementary tones and tasteful decorations. With three of the bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which enjoy fitted wardrobes, ensuite facilities and direct access to the terrace! The annexe, complete with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and small kitchen, extends from this floor and benefits from an exterior entrance. On the top floor there are a further two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, King-size beds and ensuite facilities with access to a separate fantastic terrace area.
The balcony area itself, complete with a barbecue and food preparation area, water fountains and traditional Mediterranean shrubs, has a large 13 metre pool on this main level, perfect for all the family.
And as if the property alone wasn’t impressive enough, the local coastline comprises several white sand beaches, hidden coves of wonder and crystal-clear waters! The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We were in awe of the incredible sea views and the villa’s design, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The open living area is bright and inviting, and the bedrooms are spacious and stylish. The outdoor terrace with a pool and barbecue was perfect for leisurely days. Being within walking distance of beautiful beaches and local amenities was a bonus.
Casa Pitiusa is an unforgettable holiday haven with incredible sea views from its numerous terraces. This stunning villa comfortably accommodated our group of 12. The thoughtful design, including a lift and adapted bathroom for those with mobility issues, truly sets it apart. The open living area with multi-storey windows is flooded with light and stylishly furnished. We enjoyed leisurely meals at the large dining table and relaxed in the chic living space.
Absolutely beautiful place and the family love it. The best thing is a good share of quality rooms so no one is left in a sub-standard room.
There were a number of broken items on arrival and standard toiletry things missing but the later can be purchased from the local shops.
We had a good nights sleep and welcomed the air conditioning. Now we are having lovely day by the pool.
