5 bedroom eco villa in a national park – San Jose

This beautiful rural property overlooks the south west coast of Ibiza and the bay of Cala D’Hort. It is situated within a national park, so has few neighbours. It has open wide views of some of the best sunsets in Ibiza and of the famous rock, Es Vedra. The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 separate apartments. The design of the property is modern with touches of Ibicencan and Moroccan style.

Villa Pirouet is less than 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo & Cala Vadella where you have great restaurants, bars and a local supermarket. The Villa Pirouet is unique in location, view, (interior) architecture and ambience. It is a first class villa as well as a luxurious and fascinating residence for our guests. The villa has a main house and two separate studios that leave nothing to be desired. It offers plenty of room for being social and also space to retreat to some privacy.

The owners have recently completely re-painted the inside of the villa with a white wall finish and upgraded the swimming pool. The villa now has two pools: one lap pool at (12 x 4) and a standard pool (8 x 4).

Villa Pirouet offers a lush array of terraces, sun loungers, outdoor beds, covered seating and retreats. Until you have decided what you want to do for the day, you can just relax on one of the outdoor beds and plan. Or, just stay there! There are two pools for swimming and bathing fun. The unique view of the landscape and the sea is always there for you. Further up on one of the terraces you will find a boules court. A long canopied dining table promises cozy evenings with culinary specialties of the island that you can prepare directly on the grill.

The Villa Pirouet is located near the sandy beaches on the southwestern side of the island and not far from the nearest town: from here it is only a five-minute drive to the sea. The small town of San José is only seven kilometers away. The capital of the island, Ibiza Town, which was founded by the Phoenicians around the 7th century BC, is only 18 kilometers away.

The villa has incorporated part of the landscape with exposed rock in the main living area and walk way to the master tower. The open-plan living space offers five bedrooms over three areas; three beds in the main house and two separate apartments with the master suite located over three floors in the tower and includes spacious dressing room and bathroom. What makes this villa special is a combination of the outdoor living space, the pool, the fantastic views, sunshine with fantastic sunsets every evening. There are large mattress day beds and a fully equipped barbecue area.
