Villa Perla is located within 15 mins walk from Javea Old Town, and has a fabulous view towards beautiful orange and olive fields and to the majestic mountain Montgó. Outside there is a lovely garden with fruit trees, naya, terraces, seating areas, bar, barbecue house with wood fired pizza oven, pool and children´s pool, outside shower, electric gated entrance and large parking spaces.

It takes a mere 15 minutes to walk to the charming old town of Jávea. By bike you can easily get around the area, both on the virtually vehicle free roads as well as slightly busier roads. Motorists around here have a great respect for cyclists compared to many other places.

If you want to go by bike to the Arenal beach or to the charming port El Puerto, you can choose to go through one orange field after another.

For families visiting beaches it’s probably best to get around by car. This also applies when doing grocery shopping. There are many supermarkets to choose from in the area which are only a few minutes drive away. Mercadona and SuperCor are especially nice with a wide range of goods and great fruit, fish and meat counters.

Villa Perla is a large pearl! There is room for many, and we can accommodate large groups for a stay completely undisturbed by others. For group stays we have 11 double rooms with private bathrooms.
