Villa Pereia is the perfect option for those looking to stay in a private villa on the exclusive island of Menorca. Set in its pwn grounds with land as far as the eye can see down to the sea, the villa is located right next to the Talayotic site of Torre d’en Galmes, which dates back to 1400 BC.
The house has 10 bedrooms, a chapel, an equestrian centre complete with horse an entertainment cottage with cinema, billiards, karaoke and a ping pong table. Everything has been thought of and you can enjoy staying in a villa restored to the very highest quality. The house also has a number of terraces, on both the ground floor and upstairs with magnificent views of the sea. Every morning you wil be greeted with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and is also possible to enjoy the house wine. There also a 24 hours a concierge service for any requests that you may have. There are a number of different relaxation zones, including a cocktail room, a Moroccan inspired chillout zone and two traditional sitting rooms, on downstairs and another upstairs with views overlooking the grounds. The closest beach, Son Bou, is 5km away and boasts white sandy beaches and Mahon airport is an easy distance of 15km away. House 800m2, Entrance to the house is through large arched doors into a large entrance hall with seating. Leading off to the left is a small cocktail room, a dining room with aa table seating 12 and fully equipped kitchen with larder and doors out to the ecological vegetable garden and BBQ terraced area with seating for 9 and room for another table. Back in the entrance hall there are is a corridor down to an informal sitting room and a Moroccan inspired room. There is a cloack room for guests and two large bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access out onto terraces. Back in the back hallway there are stairs upstairs to a very large formal sitting room complete with fireplace. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with twin beds, each also has doors out onto a shared terrace. Up one more floor there ate four more double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Finally at the top of the house there is a huge terrace with views of the island. Outside the house there are a number of outbuildings. One large converted building is separated into two halves. One half is an event space with room for tables and dancing. The other half is the entertainment cottage complete with cinema, billiards, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a large seating area.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Pereia was enchanting! The 10 bedrooms, each with its bathroom, offered comfort. The entertainment cottage, with cinema and karaoke, added luxury. Morning greetings with fresh produce from the garden were delightful. Terraces with sea views and relaxation zones provided the perfect setting. The attentive concierge service ensured a memorable Menorcan retreat!
I stayed in the villa in June as part of a group of 10 people. Alba was very helpful whilst we were deciding to book the villa, answering all our questions quickly. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in and out early. The agents were so friendly and helpful and made our holiday so much more enjoyable by providing a really nice welcome and assistance throughout the holiday with restaurant bookings etc. The villa itself was amazing, great outside space with a bbq a and ping pong! Great holiday.
We stayed here for 1 week as a family of 18, all of the rooms were very spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated, the villa is quite spectacular and sits in a lovely spot with breathtaking views. We didn’t want for anything, an amazing pool which was huge, a lovely hot tub, a great bbq area for evening dining, a games room, a small sauna, a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, plenty of seating areas including the lounge and various verandas.
All in all I think you would find it hard to rent a villa as good as this one it had everything you could want including a really nice owner and managed by a really professional team. I would not hesitate to book this amazing villa again as it was perfect in every way, all of our family really enjoyed themselves and we are all we were still there on the beautiful island of Menorca.
Such a beautiful villa – cannot recommend enough! Our group love it so much we keep coming back. This villa is stunning. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pool area is perfect, with lots of different areas to relax and sunbathe, kitchen and barbecue. We have had an amazing time to this villa and I would highly recommend it! Can’t wait to come back next year 🙂
