The villa has a private, infinity heated pool which also has a sunbathing terrace where you can relax in the sun whilst sipping a cool drink and savouring those holiday memories.

15 steps take you up to the porch and front door, leading to a spacious entrance hall and an arch directly ahead takes you into the lounge/dining area with patio doors opening onto a covered terrace. A door at the far side of the lounge leads into the kitchen with a separate utility room. To the right of the entrance hall and first on the right is a family shower room. Ahead is a double bedroom with corner windows overlooking the pool and sea.

Stairs lead up to a galleried landing. On the left is a twin bedroom. Opposite is a further twin bedroom with sea views. Continue ahead to the family bathroom and another twin bedroom with sea views and a door out to a shared open terrace. There is also a door to this terrace from the landing. At the far end of the landing is a twin bedroom with sea views and an en suite bathroom.

Outside, the infinity pool, with integral Roman steps is set in a terrace. The BBQ is housed on the pool terrace and the covered part of the terrace off the lounge offers alfresco dining out of the sun.

This villa is set in a horseshoe lane halfway between Moraira and El Portet Beach. It is possible to stroll to either El Portet Beach, 15 minutes’ walk away, or follow the coastal path, passing the marina and into Moraira town itself. You can find something to suit all tastes in Moraira from fine dining to a day out lazing on one of the sandy beaches. The marina is at the end of the high street, a special place to sit and dine, whilst overlooking the boats.
