Set in the hills of northern Mallorca, the villa is surrounded by olive groves and has incredible views of Puig Tomir, the Tramuntana range and even the Mediterranean. The rural setting offer privacy and peace, but it’s just a short drive to the beaches at Port de Pollenca and Alcudia.

Two interior courtyards, several terraces and extensive grounds mean there’s plenty of room to gather as well as space to spread out on the estate. Take time to explore the villa’s 600 acres via walking paths, and sample organic produce from the property’s garden. Challenge family and friends at the ping-pong table or on the volleyball court or lounge by the pool. Make dinner on the barbecue and dine at the al-fresco table, then enjoy cocktails on the lounge area on the terrace. Inside, a salon TV nook, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi and bar make for lively evenings and air conditioning in the main house makes for comfortable nights.

The villa’s charming, well-worn stone walls are matched on the inside by elegant traditional furnishings. Living rooms with beamed ceilings, wood floors and a stone fireplace invite you to read or chat on a plump armchair or beautiful flame-stitch settee. The intimate library is even cozier, with a fireplace, lovely striped blue sofas and built-in bookcases. There’s a formal dining room that seats twelve at a stately antique table and chairs, and a more casual farmhouse-style table in the bright, fully equipped kitchen.

There are six bedrooms in the main house at Pedruxella – there are two bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and one bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom which can be shared with one of the twin bedrooms via hallway door.

Though you could spend a week—or two—exploring the estate, there’s plenty to see and do around Pedruxella, too. Take advantage of the Mediterranean sun with a day trip to Port de Pollenca Beach, 10 miles from the villa, or Alcudia Beach, 13 miles away. Visit the town of Port d’Alcudia, 13 miles away, Palma, 43 miles away, or Port de Palma, 44 miles away. When it’s time to leave, the Palma de Mallorca airport is a 43-mile drive.
