Located on the edge of Parc Natural del Montgó, you’ll enjoy a quiet abode, with the restaurants and shops of La Xara within easy walking distance. Just a three-mile drive or bicycle ride will take you to Dénia, where you’ll find clubs and luxury on white, sandy beaches. With such amazing nearby attractions and natural surroundings, this home is perfect for unplugging from WiFi.

Approaching the house, you’ll be greeted by a large, brick courtyard with patio seating, a fireplace/barbecue, and a well. Around the back is a private pool, where you can alternate between sunbathing and taking dips to cool off (just be sure to bring your sunscreen)! Scattered citrus trees provide tasty treats when they’re ripe.

The lush lawn is great for kids and your dog to run around, with a swing and a hammock under shady trees (please note a one-dog maximum and small, nightly pet fee). Adults can enjoy a cocktail in peace while they watch their kids from the shade on the terrace.

Inside is a large, bright kitchen and dining area. Fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal, you also have the benefit of a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. Everyone will fit around the long wooden table for a family dinner, or you may choose to eat at a table outside or the round one in the living room.

The living room features comfy white couches and a large fireplace that can also serve as a grill. Relaxing is great in this room, with books to choose from, as well as a flatscreen TV. Upstairs is a loft with another comfortable seating area, great for getting away for a while or taking a peaceful nap.

Four bedrooms and three full baths make this home suitable for up to eight guests. Two bedrooms feature two twin beds each, and another features a set of twin bunk beds – though please note that these bunk beds are slightly smaller than normal (measuring 190 by 90 cm). A shared bathroom nearby has a tub/shower combo.

The master features a double bed in a charming, rustic setting, with a full private bath and tall windows to let in fresh air. A crib and highchair are available in case you bring a young one along, and one more full bath with a shower and a washer rounds out this house.
