The villa is located at the heart of El Duque, in a very quiet and beautiful place, but at the same time close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. It is situated in just few steps from the commercial center and only 3 minutes to the closest beach. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, and can accommodate 8 adults and 2-3 children. It has has its own private swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV, a kitchen and a dining table, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one bathroom with a bath. Also from this floor you can get to the garage and a patio.
On the first floor there is another living room with TV and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds with the possibility of putting them together) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). On this floor there is access to the main terrace, which has a dining table under a canopy, a swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
Also from this floor there is access to the back terrace where there is a large awning.
On the second floor is a large bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with shower. On this floor there is access to the third (upper) terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and seating area under a canopy and soft sofas.
The villa has everything you need: towels, linens, beach towels. All the kitchens are fully equipped: there are microwave oven, cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle etc. The cost includes linen/towels, cleaning, electrical and gas usage.

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed in this villa with our parents and our 1 year old daughter in November. The villa was well equipped and in a very good location near to the shops and beach of El Duque. I would say that the villa is perfect for adult groups however we didn’t find it very suitable for our daughter who has just started walking. There are quite a few steps around the villa, even just small steps around the pool area which proved tricky with our toddler who we couldn’t leave for a minute. The pool does not have a shallow end and I (at 5ft 2) couldn’t stand in it, and it was a shame my daughter couldn’t paddle. However the pool was lovely and warm and a great plunge pool for taller adults. A lovely holiday, a great area.
Absolutely wonderful villa, no negatives just a great family place to stay in the best end of town. Kids loved the pool, plenty of space outside to chill out.
Villa Pasqual, nestled in El Duque, offered a quiet retreat yet close to shops and beaches. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group. The private swimming pool and multiple terraces added to the charm. Fully equipped kitchens made our stay convenient. A perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.
