This villa has a large plot of 4.000 m² partly enclosed and with different trees and lawn. Large pool of 15×4,5m with jacuzzi. Covered barbecue area with external bathroom with washbasin, shower and wc. This villa is arranged on 2 floors with a living area of approx. 400 m².
