The Villa Paradise is located in Son Serra de Marina, a quiet coastal village in the east of Majorca. If you are looking for peace and exclusivity on the beach here you get it all. Son Serra de Marina is a small village without hotels, in addition to important things like pharmacy, supermarket, really good restaurants and beach bars (Our tip: restaurant “El Sol” – right on the beach with very good international cuisine), dreamy sandy beach, children’s playground and soccer field, above all lots of peace and quiet with a wonderful view of the turquoise sea as a memorable holiday reminder. Son Serra is also very popular with surfers. Ideal wind and wave conditions make it the ideal spot for water sports, diving, hiking, etc …
The fully-stylized villa with an ideal location is something special under Mallorcan holiday apartments, a real jewel only 20 meters from the fine sandy beach. The paradise bay is best viewed from the whirlpool of the roof terrace – holiday feeling pure and really hard to beat. The villa with white façade gives a wonderful contrast to the turquoise water, whether it is pool or sea.
Once arrived at the villa you can park your car on the driveway or directly in front of the house. The underground garage was transformed into a fitness room with various training units (table tennis, TRX, treadmill, bicycle, Sat TV, etc…). So you can prevent unnecessary love handles. We have 5 bikes and others can be provided. Thus the entire travel group can enjoy beautiful bicycle trips together. The exterior of the villa extends over 630 sqm and is designed with elegant wooden look flooring in modern gray tone, which looks very chic and the blue tone of the salt water pool still emphasizes.
The large pool (9m x 3m) is comfortably accessible via steps and even has a “sun deck” with shallow water, for those who like to sizzle in the sun and chill in the cool wet. Super comfortable sunbeds, outdoor shower and covered terrace area with 2 large dining tables for 6 persons each belong here to the terrace equipment. An ideal place to start the day with a delicious breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. A plus for us is the integrated lighting and music system in the terrace and roof terrace (Controlled via Ipad).
The 500m² indoor area is divided on 2 floors and leaves nothing to be desired with absolutely high-quality equipment and the finest taste.
On the ground floor is the huge living area in the open style with central dining table in chic white. On the one hand there is a large living room with beautifully comfortable sofa elements, XXL-SAT TV and minimalist decoration. On the other side there is another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) including various games to ensure the fun of your kids. On the ground floor is a hypermodern fully equipped kitchen with trendy kitchen island. The microwave and oven are installed in a pleasant workspace and the huge fridge-freezer combination offers plenty of storage space for food, refreshments and not forgetting delicious ice creams. Behind the kitchen is a practical economic area with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom on the ground floor is also an advantage, so you do not have to go up to the upper floor.
The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 bathrooms en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, USB ports, built-in wardrobes and are absolutely modern and high-quality furnished. From all rooms you have a beautiful view, either directly to the sea or over the pretty coastal village. The bathrooms are fitted out in a matching look and offer comfort and elegance.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and wifi internet. Baby cots and high chairs for our little guests are also available.
Now to the highlight of the villa, the roof terrace, which is more like an in-house bar. Here we have a large heated Whirlpool with sea view, super comfortable sun beds, a covered bar area with tables, chairs and satellite TV. For us from 5StarsHome a heavenly place for chilling, sunbathing or simply enjoying. A glass of sparkling Prosecco in the whirlpool is already something very special with it’s panoramic sea views. At sunset, the white façade of the villa, including terraces, transforms into a warm lilac shade, creating a very pleasant ambience. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be this amazing. The photos are great, but being there? next level.
Kitchen had literally everything, the fridge was massive (good for our snacks & drinks haha). The kids went nuts over the game room + PS4 and us adults had our zen moments on the roof terrace… sipping prosecco and just vibing. Also gotta say – thank you to the agent who gave us all the local tips (El Sol restaurant was fire!!). Felt taken care of the whole time.
it was quiet, clean, and the whole vibe just felt… easy.
bikes were a fun touch – we explored the area every morning. thanks for the welcome pack btw, that coffee was a lifesaver after the flight haha.
This place was something else… the view from the roof while chillin’ in the hot tub – unreal. we stayed w/ two other couples and everyone had their own room + private bathroom which was super nice.
Also, huge shoutout to the team who helped us book – fast & smooth, got a lil discount too which made it even sweeter. Loved the music system on the terrace – breakfast outside hit different every morning. 10/10!
Stayed here w/ friends for a week and omg… best decision ever. that rooftop jacuzzi w/ sea view?? insaneee. villa’s spotless, pool’s perf, and beach is like 2 steps away.

We had an excellent stay at the villa Paradise. The Villa and facilities are top notch. Our children loved the playground equipment in the beautifully kept area and the pool was enjoyed by the whole family. Alba and her team are brilliant. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone planning to visit Mallorca
My party, which was a family group incorporating four generations, were lucky enough to stay here for a week in the sunshine. The accommodation is absolutely immaculate, and flexible enough to cater for a three year old and an eighty year old. The exterior is absolutely superb with a wonderful heated pool(loungers, chairs, stools). Would undoubtedly stay there again.
Very impressive villa, had a great time but be careful not to play music too loud on the rooftop at night as it echoes off surrounding properties. Lovely interior and owner extremely friendly and helpful.
