The huge terrace has many unique features and has been fitted with artificial grass surrounding the large swimming pool. This impressive 4 bedroom property sits in a central location in Las Americas, the shopping center of San Eugenio & Siam Mall are both within a 5-10 minute walk from the villa.

The villa is set on 2 levels, the entrance from the road is via 10 steps with the villa itself containing white marble flooring throughout. On the first level you’ll find the kitchen area consisting of a oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fitted with lovely granite work surfaces plus everything you would need in a sophisticated home and patio doors leading to pool terrace. The lounge has 2 & 3 seater leather sofas plus 2 chairs and flat screen TV with uk channels. The dining area has a glass table & white leather chairs overlooking the pool terrace and amazing panoramic views across the resort and of the sea. The fully tiled family bathroom has a walk in shower. There are also doors leading to the outside pool terrace & to the separate bedroom 3.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 1 & 2 are on level 1 and both have plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 is located on level 2 which is separate from the main villa. To enter bedroom 3 there is a staircase from the dining area/pool terrace. This fabulous huge bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and also offers even better outstanding panoramic views of the sea and over the nearby resorts and coastline of Tenerife.
