Villa Panacea is elevated high above Ibiza Town with expansive views of the Salinas National Park, Ibiza Town and towards the shimmering Azul of the Mediterranean Sea. Perfectly positioned for convenience and ultimate privacy in one of Ibiza’s most sought-after locations. This magnificent mansion is distributed over a generous floor plan with six bedrooms. Villa Panacea unfurls over split levels to reveal a home of voluminous dimensions with a natural emphasis on the infinity pool and terraces furnished with luxury outdoor furniture.
This home has been expertly designed to balance prospect and refuge. The sociable open planned living area has been recently augmented with a bar and pool table. This addition ties in separate areas of the house and effortlessly extends into the covered terrace and pool terrace to seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor.
This interconnectivity is enhanced with Sonos music systems that effortlessly link pool terraces, bedrooms whilst floor stand B&O speakers serve the living room. The home is designed for fun with early attention on communal areas such as the bar area and new entertainment room with 75″ TV. In 2023, Villa Panacea will have a state-of-the-art outdoor entertainment system including a retractable giant screen that rises out of the terrace and expands to give guests the ultimate viewing experience when enjoying the Sporting events or alfresco movie nights on beanbags.
Versatile modernist design and intelligent partitions create spaces that are light and breezy in summer or homely and cosy in cooler months. Built into a hill, overlooking Ibiza town and the southern coastline, the split terraced landscaping provides outdoor entertainment opportunity. New decking has been built on the lawn area with a shaded dining table which can seat 16 people and served by a brand new outdoor modular kitchen and BBQ with cool room consisting of fridge, freezer and ice machine.
The lateral layout creates an impression of gradual expansion and themes of modularity, light and refuge continue in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own character offering independence with ensuite bathrooms and maximising the stunning views which are as wonderful in the glittering evening lights as during the blues of daytime. Sensitive partitions create as well as access to comfortably furnished sun-drenched terraces. All bedrooms have luxury Vispring mattresses for the ultimate sleep experience and all are equipped with high-end entertainment solutions including 55″ TV with full Sky TV packages and a playstation game console.
The beautiful secluded exterior of Villa Panacea offer a unique formation of inviting swimming pools, cascades and water features presenting an abundance of luxury spaces to relax, including sun terraces with daybeds, loungers and the lawn area with outdoor bar. e-Bikes are provided to guests to explore and enjoy the rugged terrain and tracks that surround the property.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
