Outside, the main terrace has a comfortable seating area with a dining table and chairs. Gates lead down 4 steps to the terrace where the private swimming pool takes centre stage. There is plenty of surrounding space for soaking up the sun. The bricks BBQ is to one side, which can be reached via steps from the pool or the raised terrace.

The spacious lounge is stylishly decorated and has comfortable seating, a coffee table and flat screen TV . What’s more the dual aspect patio doors open onto the pool terrace and flood light into this room. Two steps lead to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and chairs. From here you also have access to the utility room.

All 5 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. Stairs from the hall lead down to the lower floor where the large twin bedroom is located. It uses the facilities of the shower room adjacent and has patio doors opening onto the lower terrace where you can access the private swimming pool. The second twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and there’s a WC adjacent. The remaining 3 bedrooms – 1 double and 2 twins – occupy the entire first floor. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and distant sea view. One of the twin bedrooms has an en suite shower, then a separate shower room completes this floor. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
