This outstanding villa in the popular coastal town of Moraira is offered for your dream holiday in Costa Blanca. The villa is immaculate and finished and equipped to an exceptionally high quality, there are electronic blinds throughout and integrated air conditioning in all rooms. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is not overlooked, it is less than a 10 minute walk down to Moraira town center and the main beach.
Interior of the Villa
The upper floor consists of an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, cloakroom and spacious terrace and seating area.
The luxury indoor kitchen contains all the equipment you might need from Nespresso machine to blenders and mixers, with all SMEG appliances.
The mid-level floor consists of 2 master suites with king size beds, TVs, en-suit dressing areas and shower rooms and a further 2 twin/double bedrooms with a shared shower room.
The lower floor consists of a spacious family room with blackout blinds and TV, additionally there is a storage and utility room with sink, washer & drier.

The entrance has a double car port with electronic gates and extensive managed gardens on 3 levels
Outside the salt water infinity pool can be optionally heated to a balmy 30 degrees at an extra cost. There is an outdoor shower and 4 seating areas.
The luxury summer kitchen has been fitted to a high quality with wine fridge, dishwasher and refrigerator, American steel kitchen units with a large integrated charcoal and gas BBQ.
The villa, gardens and pool are tended weekly by professionals throughout the year to ensure a high standard is maintained.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We spent two weeks in the Villa Palacios in June. We were 8 people. Everything was just perfect. the house was even better than expected : very high quality amenities. The garden and pool are absolutely wonderful and quiet. The agent of the villa welcomed us upon arrival and treated us with care and attention for all our needs. We rented a boat for many days, was just beautiful! We highly recommend this house to everyone, especially families with children that will certainly enjoy the games and entertainments provided with the house.
Good communications/conversations with the property manager who is knowledgeable on the area, yes this villa does actually exist when you arrive. Greeted by Louise who gives you a quick tour of the property and hands keys over. High quality fixtures and fittings, feels like a family home not a rental. The villa was spotless throughout, the cleaners must have worked their socks off polishing all the marble and chrome, immaculate. Gardens very neat and tidy, pool lovely and warm negative edge with sea views. Fantastic outside kitchen and bar adjacent to pool. If modern contemporary is your thing you’ll love this place and if it’s not you’ll still love it!
Loved the villa, so modern and Moraira is fantastic for adults and kids. Lovely restaurants and beaches. Complete luxury!
