Villa Otilde is a spacious 6 bedroom villa with a very large private pool with a submerged seating area making it a great place to cool off from the Spanish sun. There are also 2 living areas for relaxation. The Arenal area of Javea, with its pleasant promenade and beach, along with plenty of places to eat and drink, is just 5 minutes’ drive away. The large pool with sloped entry is surrounded by terracing and lawn meaning there is plenty of sunbathing space. There’s a raised terrace complete with a dining table and chairs where you can eat in the comfort of the shade. The brick BBQ is adjacent. To the side of the long driveway there’s another lawned area, ideal for a kick about. The pool and table tennis tables provide fun for the whole family.

The main lounge/dining area has comfortable seating surrounding the feature fireplace and flat screen TV, with a table and chairs on the other side of the room. The fully equipped kitchen separates this room by 2 steps from the second lounge, where one of the pool tables and another seating area are located. There’s also a second dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There’s also a separate shower room. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom including a separate shower, and doors out to a spacious terrace overlooking the front of the villa, which has stairs down to the pool.
