The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Myself and 12 friends spend one week at the Villa and my only regret is not spending longer there. The Villa was incredible. It had great space, all of the rooms were of a decent size and had great bathrooms either en suite or close to the rooms. The pool was wonderful place for all of us to relax, and the location of the villa was perfect

This is, quite simply, the best villa we have ever visited. It is luxurious, with a great location, nearby all Marbella interest points. I strongly recommend it for a relaxed comfortable holiday.

The house, the view, pool, location, absolutely everything has exceeded our expectations. We have spent an unforgettable week at Villa Oneiro. Everything fits perfect and you feel the loving details of the owners. The warm and bright friendly welcome gave us immediately the feeling of beeing at home.
We say thank you again! Thank you for everything and we would love to come back any time but then for a longer stay!
