Villa Olivarez’s large private swimming pool and lawned garden make it a great choice for a relaxing family holiday. This 4 bedroom villa is in a great position only 5 minutes’ walk from a small selection of shops and restaurants. For a greater choice, the resort centre is just 20 minutes’ away on foot, with a variety of eateries and amenities overlooking the enormous sandy beach. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
This impressive villa has a superb swimming pool and garden area. There is more than enough space to sunbathe or for children to play. When you need a break from the sun, the exterior table and chairs is shaded to enjoy an alfresco meal in comfort. The brick BBQ is to one side of the terrace and there is also a pool table and table tennis table to keep the children entertained!
The private parking area is gated from the road and leads up to the front door of the house.
The spacious lounge and dining area are open plan, with patio doors along one wall opening onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent, and has all mod cons, including plenty of worktop space, for preparing a family meal. Villa Olivarez has a double bedroom with en suite shower room. There’s also 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom sharing a separate bathroom.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa is very comfortable and it has all the makings content vaciationers need. We had breakfast or dinner outside at a wonderful place and relaxed on the sunbeds at the pool. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition.
My family and I spent 10 glorious, carefree days in this perfectly appointed, immensely comfortable home. Really nice property in a very good location. The villa is very well equipped, very spacious. Amazing place to relax and recharge batteries before winter. Don’t miss the chance and go for it!!!
Perfect villa, modern and well equipped. The pool is perfect for adults and children and you can definitely spend a whole day there. The near beach is also a 5 minute walk away and is a beautiful beach with fantastic restaurants and bars.
