This is one of the most impressive villas in our Mallorca portfolio, recently built in traditional finca style. Generous is probably the first word that springs to mind here, with ample space for friends or a multi-generational gathering, plus excellent leisure facilities for all ages and interests and a popular beach within a five minute drive.
Villa Olivarez is conveniently located in private grounds within walking distance of the Santa Ponça Country Club and Golf Course, a regular on the European PGA tour. The club is open to non-members and offers tennis courts and spa treatments as well as one of the longest par 5s in Europe. Sports fans will be just as happy to stay home at the villa however, with its large pool, heated Jacuzzi, games room and SKY TV throughout for those unmissable matches.
The house is imposing but not ostentatious, with an emphasis on serious comfort both inside and out. A wide, elegantly furnished veranda runs along the front of the villa, perfect for a laze in the shade whilst keeping an eye on the children in the pool, or a chilled apéritif before venturing out to the restaurants and nightlife of Santa Ponça town.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed here for a week with another family, and it was such a great choice. The villa has everything you need – big kitchen, huge living spaces, and even a pool table. The highlight for us was definitely the service. The concierge was amazing and really helped us plan our days, including booking us into some fantastic local restaurants. We also appreciated the welcome pack; it was so thoughtful. Big shoutout to the agent who made the whole process easy. We’ll definitely return!
This villa really lived up to the hype. We had a fantastic time with our friends. The house is huge – so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. I loved the big veranda where we hung out every evening, enjoying the sunsets. The pool was amazing, and honestly, the heated Jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The location was perfect, close to Santa Ponsa beach, and the Country Club was an easy walk. Big thanks to the team for making our booking super smooth and even giving us a little discount. Totally worth it!
I can’t say enough about Villa Olivarez! The villa was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Spacious, super comfortable, and the pool was just what we needed to cool off. The Jacuzzi was a hit with everyone! The games room kept the kids entertained while we relaxed on the terrace. Location-wise, it was great – near everything, but still so peaceful. A big thanks to the team for organizing a private chef – that dinner was incredible! Highly recommend this place.
Set in an area of exceptional beauty, Villa Olivarez offers peace and tranquility and it is a perfect accommodation for families or friends. The interior is of the highest standard with magnificent views available from every room. We spent most of our time relaxing on the large verandah and sunbathing by the wonderful swimming pool. The location was great ( the perfect base to explore the beautiful local area), the house was perfectly cleaned and well equipped for any evenience. An experience to be repeated as soon as possible…
We stayed (ten people) at Villa Olivarez for a week and had a wonderful time. the house fulfilled all of our needs. The rooms were elegant, the beds comfortable, the hosts generous and kind. Everybody loved the pool and the gardens and fruit trees made a wonderful environment to spend the week in. This house provides a wonderful rural Mallorca experience. I highly recommend!!!
We had a wonderful time at villa Olivarez. The property is beautifull and very clean, typical spanish style, very quiet, lot of space, the gallery, pool and garden are fantastic! The staff are very nice and allways available and helpful. And honest! Everything was perfectly and the villa was exactly as described on internet. I would love to go back!
I don’t think I can speak highly enough about this amazing villa. The pool is gorgeous. The bathroom is immense and sexy…:)) We didn’t leave the Villa enough cause it was soon perfect. We were 10 people and feel that we would have been comfortable at 20 people! Seriously… Amazing, I will be staying again 100%
