Villa Ocean Star Private Pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. Villa Ocean Star is ideally situated in Puerto Calero, a charming marina town known for its upscale vibe and breathtaking views. The swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace with ample space to relax on a sun lounger whilst taking in the panoramic sea views! To the side of the pool terrace is a pleasant garden, adjoining the pergola, outside the lounge. This runs along 2 sides of the villa ensuring ample shade for the dining table and chairs with a seating area to one side. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a tasty meal cooked on brick built BBQ.A gate leads into the grounds of the villa with the entrance door straight ahead. Once inside you immediately get a sense of the style and elegance of the property. Parking is available in the communal parking area located 55 yards uphill from the villa, although cases can be unloaded just outside the property.

The lounge/dining room is open plan and has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The large patio doors and windows showcase the stunning sea view back drop, opening onto the pergola and pool terrace. There is also a skylight which floods the area with natural light. The bright and contemporary kitchen adjoins the lounge, with plenty of work space and storage.

There is a utility room adjacent where the washing machine is located. On the First floor there is 1 Double Bed with en suite shower room with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms – 1 double bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower room ,1 Double bed and Ground Floor another bedroom with 2 twins beds together and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to a terrace, which extends around 2 sides of the villa and benefits from magnificent sea views. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also 1 separate shower room.
