With the lively marina at Calan Bosch within a couple of minutes’ walk, Villa Ocampo is perfect for anyone wanting a good central location. The main resort beach is on the other side of the marina, also easily reachable on foot, with the equally popular Son Xoriguer Beach a little further. The villa itself is bright and colourful inside, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
Outside, Villa Ocampo has an unusually shaped, private swimming pool with the BBQ and dining terrace to one side. There is a retractable awning which can be used to shade the table and chairs for enjoying alfresco dining away from the sun.
Although not required, there is a private parking area for your car should you choose to hire one, with a path leading to the entrance at the side of the house.
The spacious living area is open plan with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors by the dining area open onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped with all mod cons for a relaxing stay. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen also open onto the pool terrace.
Villa Ocampo has 4 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room and the twin at the far end of the hall has an en suite bathroom. The remaining twin bedroom and single bedroom share a separate shower room.

For our one-in-every-two-year family vacation we went to this villa for a week, and this was definitely the best house we had so far. We are a family of 8, so the 4 bathrooms were ideal. We loved the swimming pool and the view from the house. The agent are very nice and helpful. The kitchen and barbecue were fully equipped and therefore well used by us trying to cook our own specialties.
We had a nice holiday at Ocampo villa, great location and perfect concierge services.

I booked Villa Ocampo for 6 adults and 2 children (6, 4 and 21 months) for 7 nights in May/June and the villa did not disappoint. The villa slept the 8 of us comfortably with enough room to have your own personal space.

Villa Ocampo is in the most perfect position – close to the marina and beach. The villa is spacious with a huge living area, a comfortable kitchen and super outdoor area. Great holiday!
