The ground floor has an open plan living, kitchen (with modern appliances), and dining area that leads out onto a 513-metre square garden, with a terrace, private pool, and lounging area. Going downstairs into the basement, there are two guest bedrooms, a laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine, and a cinema room for movie marathons.

On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms, all with double beds. The master suite has its own ensuite with a free-standing bath and separate shower.
