A beautiful four bedroom villa, offering a 19 meter private pool, wifi, sunning gardens, few minutes walk to sandy beaches and Campello centre! An ideal family getaway!.

Villa Novelda welcomes the moment you enter the large entrance hallway of this classical villa you encounter a feeling of spaciousness that does not diminish as you enter the sizeable kitchen/dining room opening out to a great sun terrace with chairs and tables. The large and airy living room offers comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD, music system and a further dining area for up to 10 guests. The living room opens out on to a large covered terrace with views over the pool. A twin bedroom and family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor, making it great for both the eldery and young children. On the upper floor of the villa, you will find a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, offering its own sun terrace. Two more twin bedrooms with a family bathroom are also on this floor, offering ideal accomodation for family or friends sharing.

The kitchen is fully equipped, having a large marble breakfast bar and separate dining area, and the lounge is fitted out with TV and a quality sound system.

All bedrooms are air conditioned whereas the vast living room area enjoys a natural air circulation via the prevailing sea breezes passing through the large open windows during the summer months. Sliding mosquito nets are fitted to all windows and doors for your comfort.

This wonderful villa stands in a quiet area but is within few minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beaches, marina, shops and restaurants and all that El Campello has to offer.

Once outside you will continue to experience that familiar element of size, the swimming pool is at least double the average pool size, being 19 meters! Set in a beautiful garden with grassed areas, palm trees and ample places to relax and soak up the sun in the day time or listen to the sounds of the sea whilst you sip at your gin and tonic during the warm hypnotic evening air. The rear private patio, set out with ample comfortable furniture, is equipped with a large BBQ to enhance your alfresco dining experience, along with a further bathroom and shower! If you are not planning to hire a car then the local tram is a great way to get out and about to explore! The tram station is a 5 minute walk from the villa, running hourly in to Campello, then on to Alicante. In the other direction to Benidorm, all the theme parks and further up the coast. Fully air conditioned and fun, its a great way to explore and visit the various little bays along the coast line!

El Campello is a beautiful coastal town, full of interest, having a promenade, magnificent seafront, many bars and restaurants and attractive marina, all within a short walking distance of the villa, and also close to the tram station, that can transport you as far as Denia (north) and to the historic city of Alicante (south). There is a local taxi company that we recommend if you do not hire a car or you simply want to have a rest from driving.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short 7 minute walk, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesdays, a must visit, if only to take in the wide range of fruit and flowers on will not be disappointed. El Campello is a family oriented resort and great for all ages and all the family, out door living is a way of life here on the Costa Blanca, so come and enjoy our villa and soak up the Spanish way of life!
