Located in a precious neighbourhood, the charming Villa Neto is within close distance to Javea’s picturesque coastline whilst offering a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy long summer days beside the pool. Newly built, Villa Neto is warm and inviting, with large interior spaces filled with natural light and a wonderful garden and pool area. Arranged across one level, the rooms are tastefully furnished, with a beautiful stone floor running throughout and large timber-framed openings that look out to the garden beyond. A spacious central living room features a comfortable seating area to one side, with a generously-sized sofa that offers a cosy spot to sit. Whilst to the other side, the fully-equipped kitchen is finished with lovely wooden cabinets and a beautiful island counter that is ideal for sitting over a morning coffee.

There are four bedrooms in total, each offering a warm and inviting space with plenty of natural light and well-chosen furnishings. There are two bedrooms with twin beds in each, whilst a further two rooms feature double beds and enjoy large windows that face out to the garden, making you feel completely immersed in the surrounding nature. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, with elegant fittings and high-quality materials that offer a sense of understated luxury. All the rooms contain air conditioning, and the floor can be heated throughout, ensuring a comfortable temperature even during the hottest months.

From the living room, a large sliding door opens out to the terrace and can be left open throughout the day to welcome a gentle breeze whilst creating a fluid indoor-outdoor space. Sitting under a covered terrace, an outdoor dining table has ample space to seat eight, making it a lovely spot to enjoy meals in the open air and make the most of the balmy summer nights.
