Villa Nere is an uber modern villa only 2 kilometres that beach at Cala Bassa on the west coast.
Modern villa located in the municipality of San José de sa Talaia. With one of the best views you can get on the west side of Ibiza.
This luxurious holiday home extends over 3 floors and has a large living-dining room.

Bedrooms – The house has 6 double bedrooms with their private bathrooms. (one with a 180×2 bed, 5 with 90×2 single beds that can be pushed together).
Bathrooms – 7 bathrooms with large showers, sink and toilet. The master bedroom bathroom has a bathtub with beautiful views.

Villa Nere is only about`1.3 kilometres to the sandy beach at Cala Bassa (where you will also find Cala Bassa Beach Club). The sunset beach at Cala Comte(Conta) is 4.4 kilometres away (or a 3.6 kilometre walk or run of you are feeling energetic!) San Antonio Bay is 6 kilometres and a kilometre or so from the beach are the sunset bars of Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar. If you prefer the more traditional side of ibiza then head to Restaurante Sa Capella just outside San Antonio, in a converted chapel, and Restaurante Can Berri Vell in the nearby village of San Agustin.
Other nearby beaches include the sandy beach at Cala Tarida (for Cotton Beach Club and traditional beachfront restaurants including C’as Mila) or smaller beaches and coves such as Cala Carbo (18 kilometres) where there are 2 excellent long-established family owned and run seafood restaurants. Ibiza Town is 25 kilometres (approx. 30 minutes) for everything that Ibiza has to offer from fine dining to simple eats to expensive yachts and medieval heritage to Pacha & Lio! The beaches at Salinas and Es Cavallet (27 kilometres) are popular for having, probably, the best beaches on the White Isle, and with beach clubs and restaurants including Malibu, Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa and El Chiringuito.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

With its spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and six comfortable double bedrooms, it provided the perfect getaway.
