This 6 Bedroom , 5 Bathroom home is set in fantastic half acre (2000m2) gardens offering space and privacy for the guests, yet situated a short 15min walk (just over 1 mile / under 2 km) from Javea Beach (Arenal) it’s shops & restaurants. The villa is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style throughout, with the highest standard of amenities and appliances.

For those looking for a spacious environment, the villa offers that and more. Ideal for large parties it offers various dining areas for eating as well as plenty of sleeping and bathing options. The layout itself gives a nice flow to the property, with many windows and doors to give a bright, airy feel.
