Villa Navarrete is a stylish property with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent setting. Located in the area of Moraira, the beach, restaurants, bars and shops are around a 10 minute drive. The private pool takes pride of place amongst the spacious raised pool terrace. There is rattan furniture and sun loungers where you can relax with a cool drink. Steps lead down to the BBQ dining terrace. There’s a good-size portable gas BBQ, along with a table and chairs, shaded by a pergola – perfect for alfresco dining . Next to this is the exterior kitchen, which is handy for preparing the food or that all important cold drink.

There is space on the driveway for one hire car or plenty of street parking. A small pathway leads to the front door. The open plan living area is bright and airy with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the pool terrace. A feature archway leads to the dining table with chairs and the contemporary kitchen that has an island with a breakfast bar. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the back of the house.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. There is also a further double bedroom and twin bedroom along with a separate bathroom and shower room. Upstairs, the double bedroom with an en suite bathroom dominates the first floor. There is a comfortable sofa with patio doors leading to the spacious wraparound terrace. Here, there is a table and chairs where you can sit and watch the sun set – the view is to die for ! There is also steps from this area leading down to the pool terrace.
