Delightful charming centrally located Villa! The perfect place for two families. Villa Navacerrada is an ideal destination for families who want to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of Moraira. This double house has all the comforts for one large family or two families together to celebrate a wonderful holiday in the most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca! Of course, the entire Villa will be available for you only during the rented period.
The house has two living rooms, two kitchens and two entrances. So you can stay with some privacy in the house, and meet at the large veranda or terrace outside with sunny poolside terrace.
But of course you want to relax also; that is not a problem in this villa. The children enjoy themselves in your private pool. So you have plenty of time to read a good book on a sun lounger by the pool or on the beach!
In the evening you can enjoy of a freshly caught fish on the BBQ. And after dinner, go for a while to the village for a delicious Spanish ice cream. You’ll sleep well after a day like this!
Villa Navacerrada has on each floor one bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet is on the ground floor and the bathroom with toilet and shower is on the first floor.
In the living room and master bedroom on the first floor is air conditioning. WIFI is available. You will be personally welcomed at the villa and of course we are constantly accessible throughout your stay.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

My wife and I spent a week at Navacerrada and found the property suited our need perfectly although we only used the main house and not the second apartment. Everything we needed was provided in the property and it was clean and importantly quiet. It is well situated just a short walk from Moraira town centre and the beaches although the return walk is a little up hill. The staff at La Caza were very helpful and arriving and leaving were both straight forward and we were met at the property at the agreed times on both occasion. we would definitely recommend the property and La Caza. My only other comment is that the A/C unit in the lounge wasn’t working during our stay but didn’t cause us any problems so the property marks are adjusted accordingly.
