Villa Muriol is an exceptional villa on a very large plot with direct access to the beach. Located in one of the best areas just to the east of Marbella, blessed with the best beach in the region and close to the renowned Hotel Los Monteros. The mansion enjoys spectacular and unobstructed views over the sea to Gibraltar and Africa.
Villa Muriol is the perfect beachfront estate and situated at just a 5-10 minutes drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The villa is constructed on two levels with the main floor consisting of an elegant entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, dining room, fully fitted kitchen & laundry room, 3 bedrooms, two sharing a bathroom and one en suite. From the living room you can walk straight out to the wonderful terrace, along the length of the salon with staircases down to the fantastic garden and pool area.
A majestic staircase leads to the second floor boasting a large master bedroom suite complete with seating area, dressing room, private terrace and an independent marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and 2 separate showers. There are also 3 further bedrooms all with bathrooms en suite and terraces with fantastic views from every room.
Villa Muriol enjoys wonderful finest quality marble floors throughout, wooden beam ceilings, and is fitted with A/C hot & cold in all the rooms, various telephone lines, fire place, satellite television and Bang and Olufsen television systems in all bedrooms.
This fantastic villa offers a magnificent large (28 metres) heated swimming pool with massage, jet stream, automatic self cleaning system. There is a covered heated Jacuzzi by the pool and a 18 hole putting green made by the brother of one of Spain’s most famous golfers, Miguel Angel Jimenez. The large pergola/bar area includes BBQ, a complete Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau equipment, and salon with a special built flat screen television.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Just got back from Villa Muriol and I’m still in awe of how beautiful everything was! The villa is huge and perfectly located on the beach. Waking up to those views of Gibraltar every morning was amazing. We had a fantastic time relaxing by the heated pool and spending evenings in the outdoor lounge area. Can’t wait to come back next year!
We had such a fantastic time at Villa Muriol! The villa is stunning and huge, with everything we could ask for. The beach access is amazing – you just step out of the garden and you’re on the sand. The kids loved the putting green, and the adults enjoyed the beautiful BBQ and outdoor dining area. Big thanks to the concierge team for helping with all our requests, they were great!
Our family vacation at Villa Muriol was a dream come true. The 18-hole putting green and the beach access kept everyone entertained. The large pergola/bar area with a complete kitchen was perfect for family gatherings. We’re grateful for the unforgettable memories created in this exceptional beachfront property.
I don’t know where to begin this review as everything was perfect! With that said I will start with the fact that the pictures do not lie. Everything thing about this villa is as shown in the pictures. Villa Muriol was built with and is maintained with a level of perfection that is rarely seen in a vacation rental. Not only is the villa itself fabulous but the location is perfect!!. Speaking of the food the home delivered food is some of the best on the island and the cooking class is well worth the time and money. I spent 8 days at Villa Muriol in August. I think that says it all. I have found my little piece of heaven!

We just returned from 8 wonderful days at Villa Muriol. The photos don’t deceive: the villa is beautiful and tastefully furnished. We spent most of our time there outside, a perfect place for cocktails after a day at the beach. The infinity pool is beautiful. We used the outdoor oven to grill our meals a couple of nights.
Wow, this villa is incredible! We were a group of 14 and it was so spacious, with room for everyone to spread out. The pool and jacuzzi by the beach were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Marbella. The views were out of this world, especially from the master suite. Highly recommend for a luxury beach getaway!
