Villa Morales has a large private swimming pool with Roman steps, and plenty of space on the terrace to sunbathe. The exterior dining area is shaded from the sun for enjoying an alfresco meal prepared on your own brick BBQ.
There is a private parking area for your hire car and a small lawned area at the front of the villa. The driveway leads to the main entrance of the house.
The living area is of a typical open plan design, with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the side terrace leading to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent which has doors opening onto the exterior dining terrace overlooking the pool.
Villa Morales has a double bedroom and twin bedroom at the rear of the house, each with an en suite shower room. The 2 remaining twin bedrooms at the front share a separate bathroom.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

If you stay there you can do watersports, swim in the ocean or in the pool, discover the area or just stay and enjoy that wonderful house. The team of the villa helped us with everything we wanted. Thanks a lot to them all!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Morales. The villa and its location far exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely, peaceful location, with a great pool area. We were not disappointed! We had not visited this particularly area before but absolutely loved it. We’ll definitely be back!
Just returned from Menorca….our holiday was amazing. The villa was beautiful and very spacious with all the mod cons including sky tv and air conditioning in each room. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately come back here again in the future.
